Step 1: Design Consultation
Everything begins with your concept. You provide a rough sketch, logo, or even just an idea. Our in-house designers work with you to create a detailed 2D or 3D digital rendering, including dimensions, colors, and metal finishes.

Step 2: Mold Making
Once the design is approved, we carve a hardened steel mold using high-precision CNC machines. This mold is the foundation of your medal and will be used to stamp thousands of pieces with identical detail.

Step 3: Stamping or Die-Casting
Depending on the complexity and thickness required, we either stamp or cast the metal (brass, copper, iron, or zinc alloy). Stamping is ideal for thin, lightweight medals, while die-casting produces thicker, more three-dimensional pieces.

Step 4: Trimming & Filing
Excess metal around the edges is trimmed away, and rough spots are hand-filed by our skilled craftsmen to create a smooth, safe edge.

Step 5: Polishing
The raw medal is polished to a mirror or satin finish using specialized wheels and compounds. This step prepares the surface for plating.

Step 6: Plating
We apply electroplating to add a layer of gold, silver, nickel, copper, or antique finish. Plating enhances appearance and prevents tarnishing.

Step 7: Enamel Coloring
For medals requiring color, we fill recessed areas with soft or hard enamel. Each color is applied separately and baked at precise temperatures to ensure vivid, bubble-free results.

Step 8: Quality Inspection
Every single medal is inspected by our QC team. We check for color accuracy, plating uniformity, sharpness of details, and any surface imperfections. Rejects are sent back for rework.

Step 9: Packaging & Delivery
Finally, medals are carefully packed in protective foam, poly bags, or custom presentation boxes according to your specifications. We arrange global shipping with tracking, so you receive your order on time.
